BRUSH CREEK RANCH

Across over 30,000 secluded acres, and located in the heart of Wyoming’s famed Platte River Valley, Brush Creek Ranch sits on the edge of the stunning Medicine Bow National Forest. Western-style accommodations pay homage to the old west design and architecture of the original homestead, built in 1884, while providing the comforts of modern luxuries. Authentic décor and lavish accents provide a rustically elegant setting where the true spirit of the American West is felt in every detail.

The ranch is also an epicurean paradise, offering its Medicine Bow Creamery chèvre and hearth-grilled 100% American Wagyu. With their seed-to-table philosophy, Brush Creek Ranch honors the land in everything they craft, from fruits and vegetables grown in their onsite Greenhouse, to the grains used to distill our one-of-a-kind spirits at Brush Creek Distillery.

WITH GRATITUDE AND BLESSINGS, THANK YOU FOR SHARING IN OUR SPECIAL DAY. LOVE,
KELLY & CHRISTINE RODRIQUES.

Do I have to arrive at a certain time on Thursday, September 17, 2026?

Yes. In order to facilitate a timely reception and tour of the property for each of our guests, we kindly request that you ensure an arrival to the ranch no later than 4pm on Thursday.

Can I bring an additional guest?

No. Unfortunately, due to our limited capacity, we cannot accommodate plus one guests who are not invitees. Curating our select number of guests was made with thoughtfulness and love, and we cannot wait to share this special day with you. Only you.

Are there multiple options to getting here?

Yes. We highly recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DEN), and then renting a car. The 3 hours and 30 minutes drive to the ranch offers the most flexibility of flight times from all major airports, and ensures your timely arrival.

Another option is to fly into DEN and then take a connecting flight to Laramie Regional Airport (LAR). This options also requires renting a car, and provides scenic views along the I-80 and WY Hwy 130. Driving time is approximately one hour, but please note that the times are more limited and connections bear the risk of delays.

For those who are connected to mobsters, models and/or billionaires, the easiest option is to travel by private air into Saratoga Jet Center. This option lands you just 13 miles from the ranch. Please contact us if this will be your mode of travel. Kelly and Christine will be available for this. All day. Everyday.

Will parking be provided at the venue?

Yes. There will be plenty of parking available on site. Please plan to arrive early to ensure a preferred position. If your cabin is further away from the main area and lobby, a golf cart will also be assigned to you for use during your stay.

Can we bring our children with us?

No. We love children, especially yours. Unfortunately, our limited capacity mandates a strict "no children" policy to the events, in addition to the property overall. We understand this may impose an inconvenience to families, so we appreciate your understanding.

Are pets permitted on the property?

No. Unfortunately, even our brave and furry Christophe Lowell Rodriques cannot attend. Given the property's own livestock and surrounding wildlife, Brush Creek Ranch enforces a strict no-pets policy. In the event that you require accommodations for a service animal, please advise.

What will the weather be like?

While we are not certified meteorologists or psychics, September in Saratoga, Wyoming averages highs in the low 70s (°F) and overnight lows dropping into the upper 30s (°F). It is advisable that you layer clothing as the temperatures change throughout the day and night.

What is the dress code?

On Thursday, September 17th, the attire for dinner is "anything goes," but no dress code enforced. We simply ask no shorts, no shoes, no service.

On Friday, September 18th, the theme of our BBQ luncheon will be "western chic," so please embrace your inner cowboy/cowgirl and let the spirit of the wild west inspire you. Think Willie Nelson and the Dixie Chicks. Dinner will be a "Cattle Baron's Ball" theme with a 1980s theme. Think Dallas meets Dynasty. Men in bolo ties and jackets. Hats welcomed. Women in their best Joan Collins remake, and all that is opulent, sumptuous, and powerhouse.

On Saturday, September 19th, the ceremony and reception is black tie. Tuxedos and all the gowns for days and days.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Yes. The ceremony is approximately 15 minutes from the main center of the ranch where Trailhead Lodge and the lobby are. Transportation will be provided. We recommend for the ladies to bring a light sweater or shawl for comfort. Sunglasses optional. We will, however, not be responsible for lost items. You will not have time to return items to your room once the ceremony begins, so please bring only what you can carry.

Will phones and photography be permitted at the wedding?

Yes. We encourage everyone to take as many photographs of us, record our infinite attractiveness, and comment later how we simply improve with age. That said, please ensure your phones are on silent for the entirety of the wedding, including the ceremony and reception.

Can I opt to skip part of the weekend and only commit to the wedding date?

No. Unfortunately, given the nature of the property's lodgings and our limited capacity, we kindly request that you commit to the entire weekend so we can share this special time together. Please note that any opt-outs prevents us from assigning your lodging to another potential guest, who we did not prioritize over your attendance. Basically, you are our first choice, so be flattered and come.

Are you sure the venue is in Saratoga, Wyoming?

Yes. We intentionally chose Wyoming as the place we wanted to exchange our vows. It was important that we commit to each other under Wyoming's big sky, enveloped by its expansiveness and majesty. We have been coming to Wyoming since the beginning of our relationship, and it has permeated our hearts and minds. The natural wonders here remind us of what feels important in an otherwise chaotic world. Ironically, the very beauty and grandeur of this place also continues to teach us that peace is not always where we are, but what is inside us.

Brush Creek Ranch is a special place as well. We visited for the first time several years ago, and fell in love with the ranch as we did with each other. From 4am duck hunting in waders, mountain biking with icicles in our hair, and horseback riding like a great romance novel, this magical destination left an indelible imprint on us.

We are beyond grateful that we can share our Wyoming with each and every one of you. To be in God's country, as they say, is only as special as the company you share it with.
